Frensmark Pre-Sale FAQ & Refund Policy
1. What is the Frensmark Silver Round?
The Frensmark Silver Round is a 1 troy ounce .999 pure silver collectible, featuring the legendary Apu Von Apustaja on the obverse and the Fren Eagle with pmg wreath on the reverse. It’s limited to a single production run.
2. What is the Gilded Edition?
The Gilded Edition is the premium version of the Frensmark Round. It’s the same design but with delicate gilded accents that highlight key features. These are ultra-rare, limited to one minting run, individually encapsulated and limited one per customer.
3. How many rounds are available?
Standard Rounds: One limited minting run. 21 maximum per buyer for pre-sale.
Gilded Rounds: One ultra-rare run. 1 maximum per buyer for pre-sale.
International orders: Limited to 5 standard + 1 gilded per buyer to selected countries
4. When will the pre-sale start?
Pre-sale opens on 1/23/206 and runs until metal volatility reaches certain targets or when the project manager ends the pre-sale.
5. How do I pay?
Wire Transfer – see checkout instructions for account and routing numbers.
USDC Cryptocurrency (Solana network) – USDC over the Solana Network. See checkout instructions for.
Credit cards are not accepted for pre-sale. Wire and crypto are fastest and secure.
- If your payment is not received and cleared within 1-2 business days, your order may be canceled.
6. Why no credit cards?
Credit card payments take longer to clear, which exposes us to metal price volatility and mint timing risks.
Pre-sale is designed for immediate payment settlement via wire or crypto.
7. Are there refunds?
Refund / Pre-Order Policy
Standard & Gilded Rounds: Pre-order sales are final until shipped. You cannot request a refund while the mint is still producing your round.
Standard Rounds (domestic, registered mail): You are guaranteed delivery, or your purchase price will be refunded if the round is lost in shipping. Satisfaction-based refunds are not available. Registered mail is required for orders over a certain value. Lower value orders who select non-insured mail at checkout, have no delivery or refund guarantee. To secure your Frensmark and guarantee delivery or your money back, choose USPS Registered Mail at check out.
Gilded Rounds (domestic, registered mail): You may request a full refund within 30 days after delivery if the item is returned in its original capsule.
International Orders: No refunds or guarantees. All shipping and customs risk is the buyer’s responsibility.

Customer Support Note:
Even when refunds are not guaranteed, we encourage customers to contact us with any concerns. We track your order number and will do our best to resolve issues where possible, but we cannot promise a satisfaction-based refund for standard rounds. This ensures you have peace of mind while we maintain financial and operational control.
8. How are the rounds packaged?
Each round comes in a protective capsule.
Domestic orders are shipped via registered mail, with tracking and signature for high-value items at buyers choice. Non-registered mail for silver bullion is not fully insured by USPS and buyers assume risk when choosing non-registered at check out.
International orders: shipping method at buyer’s discretion.
9. Why isn’t there a proof yet?
The mint produces a digital 3D model for approval after dies are paid for. The 3D model provided by the mint is in the Standard Frensmark product image
Pre-sale is based on approved 3D Model in Standard Frensmark product image and illustrative renders of Gilded Frensmark.
Gilded Frensmark accents are subject to change.
10. International Orders
Limited to 5 standard + 1 gilded per buyer.
Buyers must contact sales@frensmark.biz to place an order. Applicable countries limited.
No guarantees or refunds; all shipping and customs risks are the buyer’s responsibility.
11. Payment and Reference Instructions
Wire: Include Order ID in memo/reference field to ensure accurate tracking.
USDC: Email your Order ID after sending payment for manual reconciliation.
12. Conditions
Photos and images are for reference only; actual product may vary slightly.
Refunds only apply to items returned in original, undamaged capsules.
Pre-sale orders are final until shipped.
